Thirty weeks into her pregnancy, Louetta Jean Stacy – Clinton had found out her arriving child [she would name Jeremiah] had encefilcil which was a pocket of fluid sitting on the back of his head preventing his skull from fusing together. Along with that, doctors found an anackoroid cyst on the left side of his brain when he was born.
Due to these complications, Jeremiah had four surgeries at birth and 16 in the last five years. He is deaf on his left side and has partial hearing on the right. The doctors said he wouldn’t walk, talk, or even be able to sit down on his own. That’s what they said… what is, is far different and we’re going to do our part to help Jeremiah win this fight and go the distance.
While he’s defied all the ‘experts’, his battle isn’t over yet. Jeremiah posses the true spirit and the essence of a fighter and there’s no bigger fight than the ‘Fight For Life.’
This Friday night at our Belvedere Bash, we’ll be sponsoring a special raffle for one lucky person to win an amazing work of art by the notorious Arthur J. Williams Jr. All proceeds from this raffle will go to fund Jeremiah’s ‘Fight For Life’.
